I posted in the virus thread, but now it's locked. So please read that to understand my issue.
As a follow up to what I posted there, here's what I just heard back from a board member:
Let me know when it is safe to come back. I had it set as my home page. I started my internet and got it from the page. I am going to burn my portfolio today, so I don't dare come back until after I am done with that. It is due and I can't graduate without it."

How do I know it's safe? I don't think I could know. I've asked her to give me anymore information if she can on what happend.

I've run Housecall's quick scan on my computer and right now it's come up with nothing. Now I'm running the full system scan.

Any news? Housecall is still running. The full system scan takes hours but it's showing 2 threats so far. Though I won't know what kind til it's done running.
Anyway, had another person say they got a virus when I posted about the other member on my boad and the ad viruses.

I know you guys lose money, but can't you take the ads out til you get it figured out? No, I can't afford ad-free. Consider it a Christmas gift??? lol BTW, I haven't seen the ads you guys are talking about.

Thanks. Only, I'm not seeing ad problems. I only know people are saying they're getting viruses from my board and I may have, too. Only I didn't know it might be from my board at the time.
