A:M/C account not deleted

I was a member of a parenting forum but I have recently been banned from this forum, there was nothing sinister in the ban it was explained to me why I was and there was no problem there.

the problem is and I am unsure if this is a TOS violation, with it being a parenting forum I had pictures of my children on there and sent personal messages to a supportive member on there about an on going family court matter. I requested to the admin that the pictures of my children be removed from my forum and I checked that they had been, when I logged in I noticed my banned account was also logged in, I sent an email to the admin of the forum asking why my account has been accessed and can it be deleted seen as I am no longer a member, this has been ignored and my account although banned is still active.

is there something the Admins can do regarding this matter?

Keep on trying to speak to the Admin, let this thread drop and wait for someone to reply.

If you can provide proof the account is yours, i can remove the account

Sounds like the account might have been deleted. (Try logging in to check) You have the power to delete your own account at anytime. You might ask the admin to unban you and then you can delete yourself.

If you cannot login, then someone else may just be using the same username that you had.

No I was banned I have emailed the admin already asking if he can unban me just for a few hrs well I delete sensitive posts and then remove my account myself, I got no reply, so another member came back to me to say my account was still active, I emailed the admin again and said ok dont let me but can you remove my account, it was still active after that so, my friend let me log on there account to have a look and when I logged in I noticed my account was logged in also.

so I have had to resort to coming here and asking Admin to remove the account for me.

It would be nice if Admin of proboards could alter there terms and conditions that if a member is banned or what ever other reason they can't get on the forum then they should have the legal right to have there account deleted.

but if admin could get back to me on the matter it would be appreciated thanks.

you will probably need the name you registered with, the original password and your email. Do not post them here and wait for Martyn to ask for them again before sending them in a PM.
