My members and I still keep getting this message when we check our Private Messages, "invalid module". How do I get rid of this. Thanks.

Take the code for the popup out of your headers. ProBoards has a built in pm alert that you can enable it via your pm preferences.

I removed that code and set the PM Preferences but still some of the members are still getting that 'invalid module'. Could someone please take a look for me and see if there's something in my header or footers that's still causing this? Thanks. coreyc.proboards10.com/index.cgi

It seems the default PM popup box is not even working for me now. It was working fine earlier but now it's not letting me know that I have new PM's.

Sometimes it works and other times it don't. I just had a member PM me and it worked. However, I closed the pm box and when I refreshed the page, the pm box did not pop up again. Is that normal?

If you already read or went into your PM box, you won't recieve another pop-up till someone PM's you again.

I believe I actually just closed the popup box when I got it. It must mean the same thing then. What about some of the members still getting that 'Invalid Module' message. I got rid of that PM code but yet members are still getting that message. That's weird, huh?

Members are still getting the message, "invalid module' and they've went into their pm preferences and made the changes already. Why are they still getting this message? I've deleted the PM popup box code. Can somebody please help me here? Thanks so much.

Please, can somebody tell me why I'm still getting that message, "Invalid Module" even after I've deleted the old PM popup box code and did the PM Preferences thing. Can someone check my code and see why it's still doing that? Thanks so much.

I need some help here. This thing is driving me crazy. Another problem with PM's is reading them and still a popup box keeps coming back to say there's a new message when there isn't one. I need to get rid of this 'Invalid Module' message. How do I do this?

Craig[/quote] ;D Thank-you Thank-you Thank-you so much Craig. I feel so stupid for not checking that part out. I forgot that I had to go to each board individually and not just the global headers.
