Is that member logging in with the correct username? Tell them to check the email proboards sent them when they registered at your board.
When they sign in, tell that member to check "forever" in the login box.

Are they using the correct username and password? Make sure they verify the password by clicking the forgot password link and trying again with the password in the e-mail they receive. Captain Maniac

I think so, they have posted several times before. I have passed on the info you gave me. If it still doesn't work shall I tell them to rejoin or is there something I can do from my end?

Not really. Also tell that member to delete there temporary internet files and cookies. Also check cookie settings. In Internet explorer try this..... click on tools---internet options--select security tab----set it to Medium. See if all that helps this member

I think it's because he has his cookie blocker set too high. Ask him to lower a bit, if it is possible.
To lower it, select the tools option on your browser. (This is how it is done with IE) Go to Internet options, and the cookies tab. You'll be able to adjust it there.
Other browsers should have a similair way of doing so.
