Board won't open

Board won't open. Starts opening then a IE pop up comes up and say IE can't open. This is on the main page.

In IE I can't view it. I think it's a Code that is affecting this.

Make sure you are logged in, log in here.

Login Here

Then Remove each code one at a time and see what it is, store the codes in Notepad or something though.

Change the Headers and Footers Here

Thanks for help. I knew it was a code problem but just couldn't get in to fix it or should I say didn't know how to get in to fix it. Again thanks Batista Fan for the links to the login and header and footer page.
