click login then ur username is admin and your password is whatever you set it at

if you still cant access your board please click the forgot password link when you login

You should get an e-mail containing a password reminder in the next few minutes If you forget it again, click 'Forgotten Password' when logging in to have it sent again

Oh I think that's the too many connections thing. It's just a way to keep the server load low so that your forum does'nt become slow.
