OK, Every Time I Go somewhere i get the too many connections page. i wait 30 seconds. Tada it works. i click somewhere. BAM! There it is again. is server 50 having problems? my members complain to me about it. can someone please help. maybe theres a REALLY LARGE forum on our server, can it maybe be moved?

Well, in the event that you recieve the Too Many Connections page, it is because that the server your forum is on (50) is extremely busy. Keep in mind that it's not only you, there are thousands of other forums on that server at the same time. The reason the server displays that page is to keep the server from being too overloaded. When you get that page, we only ask that you be patient before trying to load whatever you're trying to view instead of immediately refreshing since that'll only cause additional strain on the server.

Proboards administrators will only relocate a forum to a new server if the server is closed to becoming strained, and you won't have a choice as to what server you are moved to if admins do decided to move you. Usually, when they relocate forums, it is probably the ones that is most active.

i know, but its just that it happens at least 50 times a hour, well today, yea, so can someone move somting or.... SOMETHING!!!!!! I constanly lose info, i edit my footers and that happens and i have to do it all over... its annoying.....

I thought it was just server 51. Really disappointing after years of great service.

i would say the servers are being strained. This is a real fustrating problem when your trying to set up a board. Its really pissing me off.

Again, just be patient for the servers to get back to normal. The staff monitors this problems and will make the call about what's done to help it.

yeah, but from what I see, this is almost as bad. The TMC's interrupting people in the middle of doing stuff on their forum, and they just come here and create a bunch of threads...
