My friend has created a board and made me an admin. He said he gave me all member access, but I cannot do anything with member groups.
He said he is positive I was given all member access. Can someone help me with this?

He might have missed that box to tick ask him to tick the member groups box

only the main admin accoun name = admin can edity create or delete member groups.

No Problem, if you ever need any alteration just pm or phone/email your friend the main admin and get him to perform the requested operations.
