cannot log in as admin

I was working on the header for the forum, and suddenly encountered a problem with accessing the global header. Every time I clicked on that box it took me back to the home page of the forum.
I tried shutting down and restarting my computer, and now I cannot log in. I get a message that states "you did not access this page thjrough the correct form"...
Please explain how I can get back into the admin section to finish what I was working on...

If you not in admin section already try this method out.
Login with this link. penndeer.proboards42.com/index.cgi?action=login&NOHEADERS=1


Copy and paste this URL into address bar to get to headers and footers.
penndeer.proboards42.com/index.cgi?action=headersfooters&NOHEADERS=1
