User Options, Just pick a backround?

I was thinking that maybe I could set up a possiblity where users would pick a backround (just a backround) and that would be it, it would not be a change of skin just a different backround

if you only want the COLOR of the background to be selected, then just copy the colors for all skins, and just change the BG color.

if you want a different IMAGE for the backgeound to be selected, you may need a code for it, you could ask in the coding requests board if you want this option
