How do you issue a warning to a member? Is it visible for all to see in thier profile, or do you do it by PM?

You do that by editing there profile.

Go to the members profile you want to issue a warning out to. Select modify profile and scroll down to your admin functions in there profile and give em a custom title. Use UBBC tags to make words bold, italic...etc

I've been here a couple of days and I already have a warning for swearing in the test board. What happens if you swear, get a warning and then swear again?

Since you have a warning, that might be your second strike. 3 strikes and your banned. (dunno for how long) I'm not a mod here and just guessing about this. Just be nice to everyone you talk to (no swearing in threads/replies) and you have nothing to worry about.
