It is. Cell highlight never worked with the opacity code. You'll need either to disable it (by leaving the color blank in the skin settings), and if you want a cell highlight that will work with the opacity code, you'll need to request one in a code request board. It will need to be essentially two different codes for FireFox and IE though. I decided it wasn't worth it for SoCal where I've had the opacity code for some time now.
