Members are having problems with PMs

I've been having complaints from a few members that when they go to their PM's they get logged out. One member sent this:

"Whenever I check my PM it signs me out and says access is denied here."

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

There are two codes I use. The flashing text when they have a message and a pop-up window alert.

There is a built in pop-up alert now in this version. You and you members need to edit your PM preferences. For now could you post your board URL? I just want to see if another code could be causing some problems on your board. When you and your members login make sure you check "forever" in the login box.


Also tell em to delete there temporary internet files and cookies and restart there computer.

OH wait...then I don't have a pop-up code. I forgot that it was built in. All I have is the flashing code. I'm going to tell them to delete cookies and files and all that.
