If this is the case can you please restore my forum. Thank you for your time. The only thing you'll have to do right now is wait for a admin to reply to your thread and let you know what can be done. If you know your orginal admin password, (the one you choose when you registered for that board) keep it handy for when the admin ask's for it. (For proof you the board owner) Don't post it here! Wait 24 hours and if no staff has replied bump this thread.

I have a question then. What information can you give me about what rule was broken so I can avoid it reoccurring? Also whatever happened to freedom of speech? Guess that doesn't mean anything to you.
Also you guys may wanna change your sign up policy because upon sign up all users must agree to a plethora of rules and your Terms Of Service. Unless I myself broke a rule then shouldn't the member who DID brake the rule be punished instead of me and my whole community of people which took an extremely long time of paid advertising and word of mouth to get up to the number of members it was at.

Actually, there was an agreement for users to agree to when they signed up for your board. If it were the fault of one user, then it may have been caused by poor moderating. A staff member that has posted comments encouraging the violation will get the forum deleted as soon as it is seen by the TOS guys. If simply a member or guest posted a violation, an alert was sent to the admin and you had 72 hours to remove it, otherwise the board would be deleted.

V-Bulletin will implement a very similar Tos Agreement to Proboards and will enforce this the same way as Proboards does by deleting violation board Moving there will make no difference

Obviously you're not familar with V-Bulletin. It's not like proboards where someone else hosts the board for you and gets to set up all the rules. It's software you buy that sets up a forum on your site. It runs on a persons own private server meaning the only way to take it down is to hack the site it's hosted on. Considering users of V-Bulletin get to make up their own terms of service the chances of this are pretty much impossible. Thanks for playing.

You still have to follow the law....which is what the Proboards TOS is based upon....otherwise your host will shut down your site for illegal activities.....thank you for enjoying your stay at Proboards.....have fun elsewhere..
