Can't Log In

I have 3 new members that have joined, activated their accounts, it has been activated by Admin, and STILL cannot log in.

It just comes back to them saying the same as when they first get there: Error: You must login to access this forum. Please login below, or register for an account

Everyone is getting very frustrated! Can you help?

Ask them to delete their temporary internet files, or their cache and restart their browser. Also, upon logging in, ask them to select the "Forever" option from the drop menu.
