remove menu on homepage

how do i have the drop down boxes that you can see on the website ^ to be only visible when you are logged in and not on the page where its asking you to log in !? Its kinda annoying !

well if you click on my website link you'll see for boxes (scroll down a bit) the boxes are titled "Site Menu, Support/Help, Chat, and newsletter sign up" .. well i want to hide them from the log in page because theres no point in having the menu showing there until people log in.. cos wen u click a link itll only take u back and ask u to log in. How do i get it to not show on the user's screen until they have entered password and username and are logged in to the forums?
