background music

I have tried working with Ripway.com, with both methods of setting up background music, and both do not seem to be working.

1st, the old method of of just inserting the URL into the line given.
2nd, using the copy method to install the bar with buttons on it.

Neither one seems to work, what am I doing wrong?
