Can't View Board

I went to this site today which I am the moderator of, and there were X's everywhere. I asked other members, and they said I'm the only one having this problem. I think it's an Internet Explorer problem. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you.

Delete your temporary internet files and cookies, then restart your computer and log back in.

Looks like the new/old post icons might be hotlinked and not hosted. Ask the main admin if they hosting those images.
