Tommy is exactly right. You can make a board where you set the age that they have to be to have access, but the content in there still has to be according to the TOS. For example, you couldn't make an "18+" board and have porn or warez or harrassment against members or anything else that violates the TOS.

Ok, I guess my big question is One word in the TOS.
"User's web site may not contain content **promoting** the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, etc."
IF they aren't **promoting** it and merely posting their own pictures, is this a violation.
If I have to put a stop to it I will but it would be nice to know ahead of time.

Full or partial? Ah heck, nevermind. I don't want to risk it.

I had a fight with that Ryan Herbell person when he was still an admin. I kept asking him where he drew the line and what was considered pg13. Some pg13 movies contain nudity... It always depended on the context in which it was used. Now I would not post nudity on my forum. However posting girls dressed in bikinis is different than someone posting the cover to say a game like Beach Volleyball, which also has girls in bikinis.
Then I asked what would happen if someone wanted to have a religious debate regarding if masturbation was against the bible.. They are not promoting anything sexual, but rather debating a religious issue.
Sorry to ramble in your thread, but it's best to ask an admin on what's okay and what's not.

ANY kind of nudity..full or partial...is not allowed. As for the other stuff if someone gets on your forum and starts talking about the drugs they use.....or talk about having sex...or discuss anything in detail that is against the TOS that could get your forum in trouble. if it is just a member you will receive a warning if the content violates the TOS...however if a staff member is the one who violates TOS you will receive no warning....just have your forum deleted.
