There is an admin ( not from proboards) who is trying to get my board deleted and sue me. Problem is some of the former mods of his site made a post of who wanted to go to his site and spam and somehow this admin found out and told me I have 24 hours to remove the thread or he will sue me. So I removed it and warned all my members, but he printed out the pages and still wants to sue and he is talking with proboards to try to get my board deleted. Can he sue me? and get my board deleted?

If a person is going to sue you they usually don't tell you, they just have their lawyer contact you. Don't fret.
