i want something where the music goes in a box down one side of my forum and my members can select which ever song they want to listen to? hope im making sense?  |

if you own the song, then you have the right to do what you want.
if you bought a song (cd or download etc) then you don't own it
the performer, their agent, or record company would be the owner, and you'd have to ask them, or get a roadcast license.
most, if not all, mp3's need permission, safer to find a midi version of songs, but read the terms of use on the site you get them from
search for TITLE OF SONG+midi
