No, but you can use the Swith-It Code to add a generic message or change it.

You can't really make it unique to each member mind. Right, but you can change what the member sees when they are banned. That's why I said generic Someone could change it to something like "We're sorry - but you have violated the rules and your account has been deactivated for the time being. Check back soon." Something generic like that.

You can make it specific to each member provided they were logged in when they got banned. I'm assuming the cookie is still preserved for banned members, I'm pretty sure it is, until it expires anyway. It will take more than just the switchit code to do this though. Request a code in the request board for it.
