NOTE: All of these questions are hypothetical. Thank you.
1.Subject: Okay, suppose the the Admin went away for a week and had no way of monitering his forum. Then suppose some person came along and started posting in some random language besides English and nobody was there to delete the posts. Question: Would the board get deleted for TOS violation anyway?

If you wouldn't mind waiting, they'll answer.

I think that if you leave a board unmoniterd for a week, it is likely that it will be deleted if someone starts posting TOS violations, i would suggest appointing someone that you trust to moniter the board for that week.

Usually not, it normally takes evidence that the main admin has had some part or some acceptance in it, IE if the thread is shown as viewed to the admin we know they hav seen it, definatly if they have posted, that kind of thing
If its obviously an attempt to get the forum deleted sometimes those offending posts will b removed and the trouble maker banned

Thats good news, because i know on my forum there are sum threads in sub boards ect that i dont bother to check on because they are old/i forgot they ever existed. At least us admins get a chance to fix it!

I would just like to add that if an admin were to leave his board, without another Staff chosen to watch it, I would either put the board in Maintenance Mode or promote a member whom you trust to watch your forum, with at least the power to delete posts, delete threads, and edit. That's my opinion.

Well if we see a thread is 2 weeks old, and you were still active a day ago, we will also take that as complience with the violation, simply not checking an area isnt an excuse, you may as well putup a sign saying i dont check here, post what you want because i can get away with it
Thing is, you wont
