one of my admins powers not working

one of my admins advanced powers are not working
I as the main admin have checked and all the powers are set to "yes"
we have a butt-admin who has the powers it is just
this one person who cannot do the full powers i gave her.

Go to admin --> modify group. Make sure limited powers is set to 'no'

it is set to NO I will get more details of her as to which powers she
does not have but there is no way i can help her as they are all
set correctly.

It is me he is talking about. My user name over there is: vintagegirl screen name: ~pixie~

The particular power I need is the Advanced Mod function. The other person in that group: kimmyjean has the use of it. Also both of us can not access the Announcement feature. Our Asst Admin has the use of both those powers.

checklist :

have you clicked the star at the top of the page you want advaced moderation on. ?

for announcements, modify group > admin > set 'Group is Staff?' to yes 'limited powers' to no
continue
set to yes for announcements.

Ase, I am looking at the Moderation Page on a site I have. Richie says he has done all that at PCF. Kimmyjean who is in tha admin mem group with me can access Advanced Moderation. I am wondering if there is somethin in my profile that is the problem.

click on the welcome board, now at the top where it has you should also have

ase, I checked that PCF and I don't see that option at the top. Also I went to my little site where I am the main admin and have that power, but don't see it at the top either.

strange, i just checked my testboard, and i see the star image,
