main header and footers i lost them?

can anyone help for some reason my main header and footer page no longer has boxes to put html in. thanks for any help

It could be a bad code. Just make sure you are logged in here:

Login Here

Then go to the Headers and Footers Section, and remove each code one by one, backing them up in something like Notepad.

Modify Headers and Footers here

If that does not work, wait for a Staff Member to reply.

ok tryed that and it didnt work..how do i get ahold of a staff member?

..You can get a hold of a staff member by PM'ing them. But I'd suggest you not to do that, because that is what this board is for.

What is the exact error message you are receiving? Also, could you possibly take a screenshot of what you see in the headers and footers boxes? Both of those could help support helpers and staff.

error message goes like this...line 90, char 1, error TD is undifined and code 0 ...now about that screen shot i wouldn't know how to do that. thanks

ok here is the screen shot..i also noticed my info center is gone

Remove this code that's in your global footer to get the info center back.
