threads question

how do u make some threads not have posts like i don't want members to get there posts up wen talkin in different threads

You would need to have a designated board in which you can post these threads, as I don't think you can specify a thread to ignore post count. I know that when you create or modify a board, there is an option to 'Disable Post Counts' which means whenever a member posts in that board, nothing is added to that members post count.


If this is what you are after, go into the admin area, either create or modify a board, and then set 'Disable Post Counts' to yes.
