Okay now here's my question...some theme based role plays like a True Blood board refers to V, an illegal drug in their world, but it's a fake drug. So am I to assume that as long as they don't role play taking the drug or glorifying the fake drug than it's okay that they refer to taking it?
Also for a Harry Potter role play site if there is a huge battle involving purebloods and muggle borns, characters will obviously die, is this violating the racist and excessive violence clause in the TOS?

to be honest, as has been said repeatedly in this thread, you are not going to get the admins to confirm/deny every little situation you can think of. there are just way too many.
if you don't think it's appropriate, or that it could possibly violate TOS, err on the side of caution and disallow it.

Question?
How would we know if our site had even been reported? Other than the sudden deleted site of course.
Like if it got reported and we were still in the process of reprimanding it when it was reported persay?

Like if it got reported and we were still in the process of reprimanding it when it was reported persay? It varies on situation. For the most part, there is nothing that will tell you your forum was reported. I'd wait for a staff member's reply, as they might be able to clarify where I was going. (I would clarify more, but it's probably better if a staff member does instead)

Question? How would we know if our site had even been reported? Other than the sudden deleted site of course. Like if it got reported and we were still in the process of reprimanding it when it was reported persay? Sites are only "suddenly" deleted of the TOS department deems it in an unfixable state. EG: if the forum blatantly defies the TOS, like if the subject matter was to share and distribute pornography, or to promote some sort of illegal activity. (though it's not limited to just those two examples) In other cases, you (the head admin) will receive a PM from a special TOS account - it will be indicated in red, you will be unable to reply to it (it will instruct you to come here), and it will not be linked to your forum in anyway. They will inform you of the TOS violation in these cases, and give you 48 hours to rectify the situation. =] Once you get it, if you have further questions, you can come here and ask for more administrator direction. =]
Tim - please read the PM I sent you yesterday regarding this matter. Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification. i advise you to check ProBoards Terms of Service though; just because you haven't received a PM, doesn't mean that you're not breaking a rule (hopefully, you aren't because you know and follow the TOS). But if you are breaking a rule and haven't been notified or deleted, it simply means you haven't yet been caught. So, just double check, to be on the safe side. =]
