Custom domain and social network login

Hi

Ricky kindly told me that there is now a fix being processed so that the social network icons actually work when you have paid for a custom domain

My questions are:

1. When will this be sorted out? Is it going to be days, weeks or months? I would at the very least like to be able to tell my members when they will be able to use it. I'd rather not have to say 'it'll be done when it's done'

2. Was or will there be any announcement that it has been done so that I don't have to keep checking each day? How will I know?

Hi,

As far as I'm aware, it will be a matter of days. From what I understand, all of the custom domain forums are being converted manually to work with the social feature which is why some forums work with it today, and others do not. I'll check to see if there's an estimated time for when it should be completed

I'm on the iPhone so limited but, my Share button seems to link up fine now! Can't try the other login box stuff till I get paws on proper computer and take the various removal code out of footers. But, looking gooooood so far
