That's a very, very good point. I hadn't thought of that. Also could be evidence for woop and shiraz being mafia, possibly?

Potentially. All of them aren't very quick to respond in this game no matter what's going on. Could be that they are just never around, and that can certainly slow things down.

A note here, I beg the Doctor, whomever you are to protect somebody that has so far played a good role in the game like Patrick Clinger or Ryan. I also think that Patrick should investigate Shiraz in a few game's time, just a precaution.

I apologize for my inactivity; but I have a few papers that I need to turn in tomorrow, and I've been working on that. I also really don't have anything to add at the moment, except a comment on this:

Woop was one of the very first people to vote against me, and I assure you that I don't consider him to be on my side. =P If the majority goes with **hp, I'll vote for him too. But I just don't want another Syko fiasco. =x

I am no longer convinced Ryan is mafia, and I don't believe there is strong enough evidence to vote for anyone currently. If everyone decides on **hp, so be it, but I don't think we've got a terribly strong argument against him, other than "well he doesn't engage in the game very much."

And the fact he continues do go against the majority? The fact that he seems to be lying low, is a possible reason for him being quiet. We don't have much dirt on anyone else, when as there is enough evidence to at least suspect **hp, besides it's better than doing another no lynch, isn't it?

**hp it is then. I'm going with the majority here, plus Lost's argument. I'm also just the teensiest worried though that he could be a villager. Like Alex brought up, we don't have an EXTREME amount of sufficient, "hey that guy's totally mafia" proof, but we also don't have many other options.

I'm still around so don't count me out, still reading through stuff, I've back at college though tomorrow and I've got loads of work & revision to do for my exams so I'll do what I can x

The villagers were in a frenzy. Though the murder attempt last night had been stopped, there were still three Mafia members lurking in their midst, conspiring to kill the rest of the villagers and incite hatred and doubt amongst them all.

The argument to kill one of their own was clear, and one by one, the villagers agreed: he must be the next to die.

They dragged **hp out of his hut to great whoops and hollers, parading around the village with him once before tying him up in the grass outside the village and letting the hungry vultures take care of their dirty work.

In the meantime, they rushed over to investigate his hut and find clues to his allegiance...

...and a villager uncovered a bloody knife! **hp was a member of the Mafia!

Thus begins night five.

The night was quiet, the villagers hopeful that they had destroyed the majority of the engine behind the evil engineered by the Mafia forces.

They knew that evil was still afoot, but they refused to believe they might fall victim to it. Nobody wanted to be the next to die.

When morning came, it was clear who had been targeted: Ryan's hut had burned to the ground, and was surrounded by smashed and used-up Molotovs fashioned from all the latest explosive herbs and potions.

Worse yet, inside the hut were the remnants of a medical kit. Ryan was the doctor!

The villagers mourned his death, now that he had indeed been proven one of their own, and gathered to decide who to punish for his death.

Thus begins day five.
