Also, for what it's worth, this is the first game I've played where I wasn't directly scapegoated by a mafia member.

Thanks, I was watching the show and though of writing it in my post, don't really know why

Anyway I can't wait to get my shot at narrating, I am going to have soo much fun with it ;D I think I have to wait for Trill and Nightwalker (Phaelyn, you have the list, right?)

I like this game though, because its a break from reality, but there's no roleplaying. If we do all roleplaying, I know I won't be signing up.

Turning the Mafia game into an RP thread would just make things way too complicated, and would drive away people who don't like to role-play (I'm guessing at least half of this thread ). I'm fine with the current system where those posts are generally made during the night (or as a dead player's "bah" post).

^Yeah, but I think a few random ones thrown into the mix makes it more fun to read through. You don't have to roleplay anything, but if you have the time and desire, why not?

I will probably be doing roleplay-type posts for the next round.

Speaking of which, are we going to wait until the Boss game is over? In which case, we might have to wait for Ryan's zombie game to be over as well. Or will be doing this alongside those games?

Today is yet another sad day in the village of ProBoardia; with the nurse dead and doctor screaming bloody murder from his hut, Pepper became a target for the mafia. A look at the crime scene showed that she had been dragged out of her house and into a particularly dark alley. She was then forced to sniff a large amount of her own world-famous pepper. At that point, she began violently sneezing over and over and over, to the point where she was pretty much smashing her head on the wall each time she sneezed. Unfortunately, on her thirty-fourth sneeze, one of the mafia members got impatient and shot poor Pepper instead! Even more oddly, however, is the state of Pepper's mouth -- it appears that her teeth were stolen a few hours prior to her death! Investigation of her house proved her to be a villager; the town will sorely miss her fun personality and many varieties of pepper for sale.

Today's featured villager is Adam. Though he seems to be a bit mad -- always running about shouting about the end-times and such -- he seems to have a different perspective on life than the rest of us. We could all stand to look at our situation a little differently, so hey -- why not be like Adam?

Dancing Lock Guy was arrested this morning around 9am on suspicion of being mafia. However, there was no hard evidence showing guilt or innocence; one officer noted that he appeared to have three more teeth than normal in his mouth.

Andrea was given a stern warning by the police sheriff for terrorising the town's featured villager Adam last night. She apparently kept knocking on his door in an effort to scare him.

This is what I thought would happen!
(Sorry I wasn't on near the end, the problem was I was on hospital placement and had to get up at 6:30 evey morning and came home exhausted and needing to do presentations)

I was srsly surprised with that night, haha. He was protected, attacked, silenced, and given a gun in the same night. Plus, he got a few Jersey Shore people on his back from it. really fun newspaper to write ;d

Not only was he the doctor and village elder -- he managed to not draw any suspicion to himself whatsoever.

Biggest Contributor: Aether!

He contributed a plan Syko implemented, as well as giving several roles. 10/10 would buy again.

Most Unaffiliated Player: Dancing Lock Guy!

Even I forgot whose side you were on sometimes

Not only did you live the entire game, you contributed to the lynching of every mafia member.

...I was really partial to this death. I mean, a castle, moat, and helicopter?

You guys were still alive at the end of the game! Congratulations for weeding out the mafia -- 3 in one day, no less!
