Forum URL: lstriker.proboards54.comI know its against the ToS to modify the ads in any shape, form or fashion but a question came up that made me unsure, is it against the ToS to use an aAD-blocker? (Not like im even using one!)

The staff knows I cant do a darn thing about it.

If I (the main admin) were to use a AD-Blocker would it be the same story?

If you inserted a code that somehow removed the code for everyone then it would be a TOS violation.

If someone were to block ads as a member of this forum, he would get banned.
I believe its the same, if the person, an admin of a forum, would block the ads for himself, its the same as removing them, thus the permission to delete it for that reason.
However, the staff may terminate the service at any time for no reason.

That is not a TOS violation. If you inserted a code that somehow removed the code for everyone then it would be a TOS violation. That is against the TOS. The TOS states 'This is a free service provided that our advertisements are found on all user pages.', if you are blocking the ads for anyone, including yourself, then you are in violation of that term. OK, So you are confirming that the use of an AD-Blocker is indeed against the ToS even though it effects no one else?

Ok, I have a question about this matter. Since ad blocking is against TOS, and my Anti-Virus program disables advertisments, is that against TOS if my anti-virus blocks ads on webpages? Also, if it is, so I don't get my board deleted or banned from here, I do have it off.
