Search function

Hi.
On my forum the search function does not seem to work.
All we get is the same message.

''We could not find any posts that matched your search.''

What do I and my members need to do to get it to work right.

Hi,

This is a known issue with forums that have a high amount of posts. This will be corrected in our upcoming version of the software. With that said, however, we've been able to upgrade several other forums to a beta of the new search system we're implementing, I can see if we can have your forum upgraded to this beta search system if you would like?

Thanks; I've submitted the ticket to have the search updated. I can't offer an exact time frame for when this should be up for your forum, but I've bookmarked this topic and will let you know when I find out

Actually on a second look, it appears that this is a separate issue compared to the norm that's reported. This should be fixed for you shortly

It's not a problem, I'll let you know when I find out that it's been corrected and functioning again
