Just a suggestion, but maybe you could move to the grocery store instead to help hold down the fort with Kim and Derek? I think the auto shop has more people at the moment.

I knew it was going to be a risky situation from the get-go, but not necessarily this disadvantaged. The defecation is quickly approaching the oscillation, I won't deny that. Yet, I find it rather acceptable to secure up to an additional 20 rations for the group (or whatever else we may be lucky enough to find). It's the only "sure thing" we've encountered in the game so far.

But if you find it too risky, that's fine too. I'll leave it up to you whether we stay or move to the auto shop and cut our losses now.

Edit: Whoops, time's up. Hopefully Ryan accepts my action 15 minutes late.

Day 13 Recap

After the destruction of the restaurant Ren had a mental break. She refused to come down from the roof. Patrick stayed with her for most of the day trying to talk her down. Eventually he decided he was going to need help. He set off to the autoshop in search of the others.

Meanwhile at the auto shop the survivors were busy looting the place. There were all sorts of parts all over the place, hoses, pumps, filters. But finding useful items was more difficult. Over all the survivors did quite well. Phaelyn found a Chainsaw in a neighboring backyard. Pepper, Maven, and Etc searched the autoshop workbenches and found a few things.

At the supermarket Kim and Derek walked the isles looking at all the food. It was like heaven. They took stock and retreated to the manager's office before dark.

Patrick arrived at the autoshop later than he expected. There had been two zombie miling about in the street on his way there. He was delayed almost 2 hours ducking by a car while he waited for them to both turn away from him. By the time he reached the autoshop it was getting dark. Zombies were filling the streets.

He would not be able to reach Ren until morning. He hoped she would be okay.

Night 13 Recap

Ren sat gently rocking back and forth on the roof. Throughout the night she heard zombies moving below her. It was cold and she was freezing. Lack of heat and shelter took their toll on her health and her sanity. Patrick had left her. Close to dawn she considered ending everything and jumping from the roof but she passed out from exhaustion before she could decide.

Derek and Kim barely heard anything the whole night. At one point the sound of crashing glass came from the inside of the store. They never saw any zombies.

I give Pepper my chainsaw, because she deserves nothing less than the most awesome and stereotypical zombie destroyer ever.

Tonight, I'd like to either be locked into a car, if it's there (NOT pepper's, just if there's a leftover car that doesn't run or something) or stuck into a windowless room or the roof or something, as I don't want to hurt anyone if I turn into a zombie. I won't go with Crow, as if one of us turns and the other doesn't, I don't want to eat/be eaten. I think it's fine to leave me with my weapon in case I really need to defend against something, because as far as I know zombies don't have the coordination to use anything but their teeth.

I'm going to give Etc. my tire iron, because I really don't know what it is, and I doubt I'll ever use it.:3

It's a melee weapon. In normal-people circumstances, it's used to take the bolts off tires to change them or whatever, I think.
