When my page loads, it shows the <<<HOME>>> etc text underneath the logo, but then it disappears as the page finishes loading.

Also, the PM mesg is to the right of the banner when the page loads, instead of underneath, but when it finishes loading it is where it is supposed to be...

All boards do that. It takes time for the scripts to load. Nothing to worry about.

As the page loads, the default codes are active, so you see the default page, then your added codes kick in, and the page changes.

(happens more on dialup)

this can be reduced by putting those codes at the top of your header or footer as appropriate

Is it just my cpu, or does the top half of my page take too long to load for high speed connection?

How is it on you guys' cpus....I ask because I visit other proboards sites and the PM bar doesn't do that...
