Image instead of Username

Greetings.. Can anyone please tell me more about what is written here? I dont understand how an image can replace the username.will it be the same image for everyone?

What this code does is changes a members display name to an image. Just edit/repeat the bit in red for each member

You should ask in code support in future.

where you see this line
userImage('admin','http://host.com/image.gif');

that is for admin, just change the 'host.com...' for the image of your choice.

if you were doing your name here, it would be

userImage('star21','http://host.com/image.gif');

so each member would have their own image.

I did that but the images of the members show everywhere even the names od the moderators on the boards..everywhere..
