I use Smangii's side tables, Todge's awards system, extra smiley codes (california), and lots of little codes to make banners clickable etc (not so concerned about those ones) but the first 3 I am a bit more concerned about losing/breaking.

I'm going to take a lucky guess and say that todges and california's code will break, but ProBoards let's you see (in the near future) what your forum will look like in v5 so you can see what codes will break, you can contact the creator and ask them to fix it. For california you will need to contact Chris, who can be located at studioZero

Fingers crossed for you to get an invite very soon

They allow 10 on per day at midnight UTC (similar to GMT) but about once a week let on a few extra (up to a 100 extra I think) so you won't have to wait too much longer.
