A user at our board named Prince Darian has been banned several times. However, he has dial up, so we can never keep him banned. He is also a problem at several other boards that would also like to know if there is a way to deal with him, such as Shadows Domain (shadowsworld.proboards7.com/). Also, as you may guess, several dial up users can do the same thing. Is there any way to get rid of problem users that can't be IP banned due to dial up?
