My friend and i started our board a few days ago, some of the members have registered but have not received their activation codes.
They are using hotmail addresses and have checked in the junk folder but nothing.
Some have had to register twice in the hope they'd receive a code but have not been sent them
Can any one help please?
TIA Frances and Sassy

Best thing to do is sign up for another email account. Some free ones would be yahoo, gmail that i'd recommend. There will be a link at the activation page to resend for the email again.

Thanks Frances and Sassy AOL and proboards don't mix to well. The email most likely will not come to AOL emails also. AOL thinks proboards emails are spam emails basically and they never come. Patrick is working on AOL to allow ProBoards emails to come threw. Well i heard this long time ago. lol Best thing to do is try new email accounts and see which one works. Gmail or yahoo they should try first. I have comcast and my email comes in a few minutes after sign up.
