member not getting activation codes

I have one member who has so far registered three times, twice with hotmail and once in a new yahoo account.

She hasn't recieved an activation code yet for any account, she's check in junk folders.

Would it help any if i deleted the three accounts i have for her and she can start from scratch?

I did delete one of them yesterday but she has tried registering again since then and now has twp accounts, she is appearing online at the momnet

delete all of the accounts and have her try again, tell her to recheck her bulk folder if she cant find it. if that doesent work repost in this thread cause its probably something wrong with the server

What is her email account she using anyways? Have her sign up for another email account such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail..etc and resend for the activation code. There will be a link at the activation page to resend for it.

the email account isnt the problem, its either her over looking the email or the email isnt being sent

There appears to be a little bit of a backlog. I will get it cleared tonight, and have her register tomorrow, and she should receive it
