I can view it fine too, so maybe your friend has problems with his computer, or typed the wrong address in or something. Now for your other problem: lack of members. Boards do not get members on their own - whilst you may get the odd member who found you on a search engine, this is a fairly rare occurrence. There are many ways to get members: - Tell all your friends about it, and people you know online.
- If you're a member of other forums, put a link to your forum in your signature (so long as it's not against the other forum's rules to advertise in signatures, obviously!)
- Word of mouth: if you make your board good, plus have quite a few members already, then those members will be likely to tell their friends about your board.
- Affiliate with other proboards. You can do this by putting an affiliate scroller at the bottom of your board, and take a look around other proboards. If you see one you would like to affiliate with, PM the admin and tell them your proboard's affiliate code, and put their affiliate code in your scroller.
- Check the "promoting your proboard" board here on PB support forums.

Have a look at the Promotions board for tips to attract members. This doesn't sound like a support problem. support.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=promotion
