If I set up a board that allows people to sell their second-hand stuffs on it and at the same time, I charge them for each item sold, will that be going against the TOS? Kinda like eBay.

You're allowed to earn money on your ProBoard. If you are not placing paid banner advertisements on your forum without ad-free then it is fine. yes it will unless you buy ad-free because your earning money from it. False information
