GT Mafia, Game 6 (Game over!)

My vote was based on zero evidence. Both Phaelyn and Ren post with no votes and both act suspiciously with regards to me. So they are my only suspects. No clue if they are mafia in any way.

I would like to point out, for tomorrow's vote (because I'm not changing my Phaelyn vote), that two people have not posted a single time that are playing: Olivia Crowley and Dalita (even though both have been online).

After mafia member Phaelyn dies, I'm gunning for these two since they are staying under the radar.

Well... There's not much to go on, here, since the only person who actually did anything besides jumping on a bandwagon that started so there's something to discuss in the first place, and noting that there are lurkers, is Phaelyn. And I'm not voting for Phaelyn. Nay. Not for that reason only.

Up to you, lurking is always suspicious. Could you image in we were all chanting in the town square and you were lurking in an alleyway nearby? Pretty suspicious to me.

The whole thing is HIGHLY SUSPECT! Sorry, I'm watching Ratatouille, and that line popped up right as I was reading Ryan's post.

I'm new to the game, so I'm just trying to keep up with everyone else. xD I'm a gutless flip-flopper until I get a better grasp of the game.

For now, I would say no, because a) I'm pretty sure this didn't happen in past games, and b) it could allow that person a hint to the doctor's identity if they've been communicating with someone before the event happened. I'll give this some more thought, however, and return to this question later with my decision.

I've noticed how you insist on continuing to call me 'mafia member' -- there's seriously no doubt in your mind? Damn.

I suggest everyone vote for Patrick after I'm dead I wouldn't have earlier, but the way he's using somewhat loaded language and egging everyone on is rather unsettling and's pushing me to believe he's mafia himself. (Also, I've always liked the idea of revenge from beyond the grave.)

You had no basis for attacking him, either. I simply defended him because in the same situation, I'd be kind of pissed. I would've made myself a target in any case -- no post, I'd be lumped in with the suspicious lurkers, a post that really has no relevance or a random vote and I'd be jumped on for going with no evidence Only way people are generally safe is when there's a bandwagon to jump on, and I personally don't enjoy the game as much when I vote that way. /shrug

My basis for calling out Ryan is that he is a strong player and he didn't die the first night. It's a legitimate reason to call someone out, and it's more than anyone had for anything else given that it's day 1.

Sorry Phae, we gotta get this show on the road. This early in the game there isn't much evidence to go off of.

I guess we differ there, but I see what you mean. And yeah, day 1 is always kind of shots in the dark, I get why you were trying to move it along a bit.

Fair enough, I was expecting to die anyway If people weren't going to get a majority going soon enough I was considering voting for myself to get us somewhere.

Actually, Strike That "Again"

Seeking retaliation for the confusing gunshot fired the previous night, the angry villagers formed an angry mob and bickered angrily in the village center before deciding to lynch Phaelyn. The remaining angry villagers force-fed her potatoes until she became a potato herself, proving the expression "you are what you eat" to be true in a literal sense. She was then sold to a local farmer's market for $0.39/lb.

After searching through Potato's hut for clues, the angry villagers only turned up irrefutable evidence that she was, in fact, a harmless villager. Mourning both the needless loss of one of their own and the loss of a year's potato harvest, the dejected angry villagers returned to their homes angrily for the night.
