STAFF Question

I Noticed on here that the staff have different names and such besides for the moderators and the global moderators...how do you change the name for staff? can you make different staff Titles... I also didnt see any of this in the FAQS

You can give them an additional title via the 'custom title' section on the modify profile page. That is how most of the mods have diffeent ranks here.

oh ok thanks! I didnt even see that! but yours look different like for the administrator what would you do to take that away and make it a different title I dont know how to do it... and the rank modification too how do you do that? you know what I am saying right?

If you want to change the staff rank names like Proboards staff did here go to admin panel.

admin--member groups--modify group--select staff group from drop down menu proceed to next page. Where it says "group name" put in the new name for that staff group. Save changes all the way threw.


Now if you want to change the ranking names that your members have. (regular members) in your admin panel look under "manage members" and click on "modify rankings" You can change your regular members rank's there.

Oh, sorry, you wanted to change the name of the default group names. I misunderstood.
