admin panel-->membergroups-->modifygroup-->pick the group to modify from the dropdown list and set whatever admin powers you'd like your co-admin's to have.

have you modified their profile and added them as a administrator and have you modified the group in the staff area to allow the person to use the powers ie: have you allowed them to delete topic ect ect?

hey nevermined we figured it out, all he had to do was post. hes a new member and asked to be an admin to help out w/ the codes.
