One of my members cannot access the board. This has happened once before, last Friday night, where they were unable to get on, but the following morning they were able to. Then last night (coincidentally Friday night again) they were unable to get on once again, but this time they are still unable to access the board.

What could be causing this and how do we correct the problem?

Please also note not that I am not very computer literate.
