Okay, I have a real problem here.
I have 1 global mod I created the other day, who I gave most powers to except the ones suggested to be restricted to admins. This is a guy I've known perasonally for years and trust completely.
He PM's me last night and said he didn't see asny of the extra buttons he should have as a global mod, i.e., delete or modify in posts, advanced moderations, etc.
Just now I decided to take a look and changed his password so I could log in as him on another of my systems.
Problem ... I can't log in. It shows him (me) as logged in in the info center as global mod, but I get nothing in posts except "quote". In addition, the "log in or register" script appears on the page even after doing so.
Major screwup here unless I'm doing something wrong, and now he can't log in as himself anymore. Yes - I edited his profile for the member group and edited the group as admin.
I'm stymied. Short of having him re-register and re-editing his member group and profile .... any ideas wth went wrong?
Need help quick!

Nope - not selecting "forever". Should I be? I checked the powers 3 times and all is okay as far as I can see. I thought I would get a message like when modifying groups and such confirming the change is verified but didn't. I don't really recall if I should for that function. The security logs shows I modified the profile for this mod.

Clicking on forever would get you logged in to check the account out. Just hit logout when you done.
