Forum URL: thebillmania.proboards76.comI denied a member from the pending members thing, and it has not accepted the member. However, in the info centre it lists that member as the newest member and added one on to the total number of members. (I have since pressed the 're-count members' button. Why has it done/does it do this?

Cause they were signed up..but even though you denied their membership it doesnt mean that they were denied being counted

It did correct it as far as the number of members are concerned, but it didn't change the newest member back to the last accepted member. - I'm just wondering why it added them on in the first place to the total, and why it shows them still as the newest member?
EDIT: I just realised I've accepted another member since, and so it no longer shows the denied member as the newest member. I'm still curious as to why it did though?

That's the way that works i'm afraid. For to to show back to the previous accepted member, it would have to search all members register date, and that would be a strain on the server, especially on a board like this one. The one about it not updating the member count i would consider a bug though. You may want to post that in the bugs board. Craig
