Does this mean guests that underage cannot post on my forums? Im thinking about making a forum strictly based on video gaming and will disable sign ups so underage users can ask. However I must know if this in any violation of TOS.
ProBoards.com (the "Provider") is providing a service to individuals (the "User") who are at least 18 years old or minors 13 years old and above who have parental permission.
