Create a category for each crew and choose to hide it Within each category create a board and post the crew names in that board (disable replies)(remember to take a note of the url ). Then go to admin>modify groups. Select the group and click 'continue'. Then use ubbc in the group name to point to the url of the post in the hidden category. Something like this: [url=url of page]name of crew[/url]
Hit 'continue', and then 'modify group' on the next page
EDIT: correction to above. You only need to create one hidden category and one board within that category. Then create one thread for each crew within that board and link each crew to the appropriate thread in the way shown above. Sorry about that
