Hi Just a really quick question that I hope has a really simple answer.
I have had a proboards forum for about a year now for which I'm the only admin.
I've just opened another one and am in the process of trying to make another member the admin for this board (along with me). I have gone into the members profile and changed their member group to admin, but is there anything else I need to do?
When she logs on, she does not have the "admin" button at the top, but her member group says admin.
I'm sure I'm just missing something really simple here.

Probably not...how do I do that? That's not the same as Modifying a Member group is it? Because it won't let me modify the Administrator member group.

It won't let me modify the admin group. When I try to, the first screen is ok, but when I click "continue" to get to the page with all the drop down boxes, it says "moderator powers" at the top (should it not say admin powers)? This is what has me confused.

This is what has me confused. Yeah it is a bit confusing maybe there can only be one admin ~ the board creator. Maybe if you make a new member group called Co Admin and then set the powers that will work.

This is what has me confused. To edit the admin powers go to modify group and select admin from the drop down menu. Proceed to next page and select what powrs you want the admin to have. You was doing this correctly by the way.
